Exchanges and Returns

1. Withdrawal from Purchase
1.1 The customer has up to 7 (seven) days after receiving the product to withdraw from the purchase at no additional cost.
1.2 The refund will be issued via the same payment method used at checkout, within the timeframe applicable to that method.
1.3 Purchases made by credit card may be refunded within up to two subsequent billing cycles.

2. Exchange for Defect
2.1 Defective products may be sent for exchange within 30 days of receipt.
2.2 After this period, exchanges will no longer be possible.

3. Requesting a Return/Exchange
3.1 Requests must be made exclusively by email: contact@voudebolt.us
3.2 Requests made via Instagram Direct, WhatsApp, or other channels will not be accepted.

How to request an exchange or return
Send an email to contact@voudebolt.us including:

  • Product name;

  • Order number;

  • Email used at checkout;

  • Reason for exchange or return;

  • Image or video showing the defect.

Once all information is confirmed, our team will send the return address. After we receive and assess the item, we will ship a new product at no additional cost, according to the conditions stated in our policy.

4. Conditions for Return
4.1 The product must be returned in its original condition and sealed.
4.2 Used, damaged products or items with broken/violated packaging may have the return refused.
4.3 Returns are only accepted if the product has no signs of use, stains, or scratches.

5. Shipping Costs
5.1 For withdrawals within the 7-day period, return shipping costs will be covered by Bolt.
5.2 If the customer chooses to cancel before delivery, they must refuse the package upon delivery as instructed by our team.
5.3 If the package is accepted, Bolt is not responsible for the return freight cost.

6. Processing Time
6.1 Bolt has up to 10 business days to record the return and process the refund after the product is received.
6.2 The refund will be issued after evaluation and confirmation of the product’s condition.

7. Quality Testing Policy
7.1 If the customer identifies a defect, the item may need to be sent to our quality center.
7.2 The product will undergo technical tests to verify its operation according to stated standards.
7.3 If a manufacturing defect is confirmed:
7.3.1 The product will be replaced.
7.4 If no defect is found:
7.4.1 The same product will be returned to the customer without replacement.
7.4.2 The carrier’s return freight fee will be charged.
7.4.3 Payment must be made before reshipment via trackable Correios service.
7.5 The technical analysis will be completed within up to 10 business days after receiving the product.
7.6 If the return freight is not paid within 30 calendar days after analysis, the product may be discarded according to internal policies.

8. Final Considerations
8.1 Products used outside usage guidelines, damaged due to misuse, or sent without proper identification (order number or CPF) may have the request refused.
