Our products are shipped directly from the factory to your home!

After your order is confirmed, processing and handling take up to 7 business days. Once shipped, delivery usually takes 3 to 15 business days on average.

Important: In cases of customs retention in Brazil, the release time may vary and is not included in the estimated delivery period.
We carefully select suppliers who, in addition to ensuring quality, are committed to fast and reliable shipping.

If the estimated delivery time has passed and you haven’t received your order yet, we recommend:

  • Contacting the carrier using your tracking code.

  • If the carrier cannot provide updated information, please reach out to our team, and we’ll check directly with the supplier.

If any logistical issue is confirmed on the supplier’s end, we will reship your order according to our policies, after the necessary verifications.

Your tracking code will be sent to your email within 3 to 6 business days after payment confirmation.
