Shipping and Delivery Policy
1. Product Origin and Shipping
1.1. Some of our products are shipped directly from our national and international suppliers.
2. Processing and Dispatch
2.1. The processing period is up to 7 (seven) business days after payment confirmation.
2.2. After processing, the order will be shipped within 7 (seven) business days.
3. Delivery Time
3.1. The estimated delivery time is 3 to 15 business days after dispatch.
3.2. This timeframe may be extended due to holidays, strikes, high shipping demand, or other factors beyond our control.
3.3. Delivery times may also vary depending on your location and the carrier’s efficiency in your region.
4. Order Tracking
4.1. After shipping, the customer will receive the tracking code via email or WhatsApp.
4.2. It may take up to 7 business days after dispatch for the tracking code to become active.
4.3. The customer is responsible for monitoring the delivery. If the order is lost due to lack of follow-up, an additional shipping fee may be charged.
5. Delivery Attempts
5.1. The carrier will make up to 3 (three) delivery attempts.
5.2. In case of absence, the package will be sent to the nearest pickup location.
5.3. The customer must collect the product within 7 calendar days.
5.4. Otherwise, an additional reshipping fee will be applied.
6. Incomplete or Incorrect Address
6.1. Bolt is not responsible for incorrect or incomplete delivery information.
6.2. In case of return due to address errors, a new shipping fee will be required for reshipment.
7. Color Variation
7.1. Product colors may vary slightly due to differences in monitor settings and lighting.
8. Multiple Supplier Shipments
8.1. Orders may be delivered in separate packages from different suppliers.
9. Transportation Responsibility
9.1. Bolt handles the shipment process but is not responsible for losses, theft, or damages caused by the carrier.
9.2. Any refund requests related to shipping issues must be made directly with the carrier.
10. Uncollected Products
10.1. The customer is responsible for collecting the package at the carrier’s branch if necessary.
10.2. Orders not collected within the stated period will be considered refused and discarded.
10.3. In such cases, no refunds will be issued.
10.4. By completing a purchase, the customer agrees to this Shipping and Delivery Policy.
